Roma

Roma interprets the round, spacious form of a brazier, which echoes in its size and volume to become a symbol of sharing and communion that references the ritual of conviviality and spending time together. The top of the table, in generous proportions, and the lower ‘lens’ fuse into a single piece, into which three legs are inserted. The personality of this sculpture-table arrives via the iridescent finish of the top, the memory of always-glowing embers, and the luminosity of the copper feet upon which the legs rest, lightening our perception of the whole.
