Warsaw, EXPO XXI
The upcoming Architect @Work Warsaw event, taking place on the 28th and 29th of May, will explore the theme of Circular Horizons highlighting the importance of circular design in reshaping the future of our built environment. With a custom-designed concept, the event is a meeting place for architects and interior designers to discover innovative products and to engage in interesting seminars and workshops.

De Castelli will attend Architect @Work Warsaw showcasing its latest Cladding Solutions collection, featuring Plissé and Vela. These innovative designs have demonstrated through their multiple facets, all the potential interpretations of metal, being a true example of how design can continually reinvent itself, telling new stories through form and material.

Plissé, designed by Nathalie Dewez, draws inspiration from the Elizabeth console and sideboard. This striking cladding solution features a series of dense, regular folds in copper, steel, and brass, creating a visually captivating effect that blends rigor with sinuosity, ideal for covering large surfaces.
Vela, designed by Gnosis Progetti, is a cladding system that transforms metal sheets into fabric-like textures, gently shaped by the breeze. The soft, flowing waves are expertly crafted on stainless steel, brass, and copper, offering customizable finishes that enhance both indoor and outdoor surfaces with a sense of lightness and elegance.
