Robin

The Robin table is a suspended fragment of an enchanting fairy tale, a still image of a dream episode that contains poetry and elegance. Robin is a design object created in a limited edition of 15 pieces which represents a table on which a large draped tablecloth is spread and moved by a light breeze. A curious brass robin bursts into the scene, lifting an edge of the fabric and revealing the leg of the table, emphasizing the fantastic nature of the tale with irony and lightness.

The table, entirely realized in brushed brass by De Castelli, captivates with its sinuous form, where the surface is delicately shaped and curved to simulate the graceful movement of fabric, enhancing the preciousness and elegance of the material.
