Papier

The relationship between order and randomness is perfectly interpreted in Papier, a work of art designed to decorate fine, prestigious interiors, a unique product which combines texture and chromatism. Papier is composed of square modules in different thicknesses, covered in the DePiqué finish on copper. Its accentuated three-dimensionality is the result of manually wrinkling the copper surface, applied to every single element. Copper is then flamed to enrich it with unique hues and shades that brings out its textural depth.

Papier comes in the DePiqué finish, part of the Ordita collection created by De Castelli in collaboration with textile designer Evelina Antuono. This unique range of finishes transforms the art of hand-weaving into a new textural expression.
