Millerighe

A rhythmic sequence of stainless-steel elements in different diameters defines the silhouette of this elegant metal room divider, letting the eye pass through and creating a refined interplay of transparencies. Millerighe is characterised by the DeTubé finish, composed of thin stainless-steel tubes that have been hammered by hand using different artisan methods. The subsequent flaming of the metal adds unexpected nuances and tones, while the verticality of the composition underscores its unique texture. The three panels which compose the room divider can be positioned at different angles, as desired, for customisable versatility.

The DeTubé finish is part of Ordita, the collection of artisan finishes which interprets weaves and transforms materials into a three-dimensional visual and tactile narrative, designed by textile designer Evelina Antuono and developed by De Castelli.
