Public spacesArchitects needed to plan two entrance zones of the new five-floor bulk of “Avrora” Business Park. The complex divisional space with several entrances and exits had to present properly one of the most important business centres of Moscow and to emphasize the high status of his tenants and also to provide stylish, modern and comfortable waiting areas for visitors. At the heart of concept architects took as a basis the unusual ceiling incorporated not only metal panels and a big variety of lighting solutions, but also possibility of choice of ventilating grills and other necessary devices. So that the unusual decision would look even more favorably, architects chose dark graphite color for the ceiling. Glossy surfaces, due to the sparkle of reflections, visually facilitate space and help to hide its shortcomings. De Castelli manufactured the wall covering in orbital DeLabré brass for both Avrora Business Park receptions. The cladding system includes panels of different sizes which create a pleasant visual effect thanks also to the freshly introduced finishing on brass which can be obtained only through a manual process which guarantees the precious and qualitative result. De Castelli developed and engineered the entire project, from the field verification to the installation on site.
The distinctive metamorphic capacities of metal create their own stylistic patterns even on the simplest of monochrome surfaces. The possibilities offered by the Scomposta and Boiserie wall covering systems ensure a range of highly flexible compositional solutions and meet the needs of those seeking truly original expressive possibilities of the highest quality. Comprising panels of different sizes, the two systems are fully customizable. With the Scomposta system, the panels are mounted onto wall racks. For Boiserie, it is possible to install wooden or aluminum panels covered with De Castelli materials. Whatever the solution chosen by the designer, both systems allow maximum compositional freedom to ennoble surfaces of any size.
